Marc is a former social work practitioner - mental health. Has had experience of managing adult & family hostels and social housing projects. Charlotte is the owner of The Care Training Company and has worked in various roles from support worker, senior support worker and care manager in a respite service, among other roles. She now provides care and clinical training virtually and face to face, whilst continuing to support children and adults to maintain and grow her insight in a supportive role.

Garry is the joint owner of Joymac Training in the Republic of Ireland and is certified through the American Heart Association and Irish Heart Foundation as an Instructor in BLS, CPR-AED and Cardiac First Response. He is also a qualified Manual Handling Instructor, Fire Warden / Fire Marshall / Fire Safety Instructor and holds a QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer qualification. He is a licenced trainer of the EHAI (Environmental Health Association of Ireland) to conduct the Primary Course in Food Safety HACCP training programme and is an Associate of The Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD).

Prior to starting her business in 2011 she held a Lead Practitioner in Dementia Care for CHS Group and in 2014 appointed Dementia Services Manager for their 3 residential care homes the role provided support, information, and a signposting service for people with dementia their carer’s and relatives. 


Forget Me Not Dementia Training deliver professional dementia training, coaching, and a consultancy service across the U.K with up-to-date research and a unique approach to dementia training. David is a National Autistic Society-trained independent autistic speaker, trainer, writer, advocate, blogger, and autism needs assessor, trading as Wired4 Autism. He has 15 years’ professional experience in health and social care in the UK.


His mission is to improve the lives of autistics and their families through promoting acceptance and advocacy and being the voice of those who continue to face social inequality and injustice due to autism.
