Charlotte is the owner of The Care Training Company and has worked in various roles from support worker, senior support worker and care manager in a respite service, among other roles. She now provides care and clinical training virtually and face to face, whilst continuing to support children and adults to maintain and grow her insight in a supportive role.

Garry is the joint owner of Joymac Training in the Republic of Ireland and is certified through the American Heart Association and Irish Heart Foundation as an Instructor in BLS, CPR-AED and Cardiac First Response. He is also a qualified Manual Handling Instructor, Fire Warden / Fire Marshall / Fire Safety Instructor and holds a QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer qualification. He is a licenced trainer of the EHAI (Environmental Health Association of Ireland) to conduct the Primary Course in Food Safety HACCP training programme and is an Associate of The Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD).
